New Age of Sigmar Stormcast Plastics Are Very Pretty Indeed

Here’s the thing: I have no idea what these are. I feel like an old man telling these new games to get off my lawn, but I just have not felt the urge to really delve into this latest incarnation of what was, once upon a time, Games Workshop’s flagship game. That should not be seen as my criticising Warhammer: Age of Sigmar, because I really don’t have a qualified opinion on it and I am not really seeking to form one.

What I do have a solid opinion on in the quality and fabulousness of the plastic releases that Games Workshop have put out with their new game. Look at the latest Stormcast (that’s a thing, right?) releases:

Lovely, beautiful, fantastic models. Games Workshop have truly mastered their production process for plastics, and although they got a lot of flak for making their Warhammer models a bit too… “Space Marine-ish”, nobody can deny that the Stormcast Eternals (are you sure I have that right?) are gorgeous, detailed, dynamic models. I’m getting closer and closer to making a purchase, here.

There were books on the page as well, but I don’t care about that. Reading is for nerds, after all.

You can see all the new stuff over at Games Workshop’s online store.
